Location

Our resources leverage our distributed Contact Center and Monitoring tools from our development center in Sanali InfoPark, Banjara Hills, a secured, state of the art commercial office building with its own dedicated power, diesel backup generators, and high quality telecommunications. As the fastest growing technology center in India, Hyderabad is home to new information technology development as well as the burgeoning Indian biotech industry.

Infrastructure

Our Hyderabad facility is located in a secured building with guarded perimeter security requiring card access and internal security checks at the individual office towers. All of the computers in our facility are behind a hardware firewall, which is connected to our private MPLS network ensuring high quality data security.

Transcend United’s offices feature a dedicated MPLS connection connected to our Philadelphia network operations center. In addition, we have a dedicated IP telephony system with an enterprise contact center among our offices to ensure high productivity between the offices. We use high definition video and audio conferencing to conduct daily face-to-face meetings so our teams can collaborate on client projects.
