There are three levels of Cloud Services – SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM. Our SILVER plan delivers monitoring of servers, alert validation, and executive dashboard with reporting via a secure web portal. Our GOLD plan adds another layer of services focused on standard operating procedures, bundled anti-virus software, verification of backups and patch management work. Our PLATINUM plan adds the final suite of layered services focused on deep remediation/ troubleshooting, MAC's, and anti-virus definition updates. All services are delivered through certified professionals and ITIL based processes in our Network Operations Center (NOC).
