If you are not completely satisfied with the solution that Transcend provides you we will refund all monies paid by you to Transcend for the equipment, less any fees for Professional Services. If you choose to exercise this refund clause, Transcend will remove the system and retain the equipment. Our Happiness Guarantee will be valid for 90 days after installation.
